Harold Emery Meiley Scholarship

The Harold Emery Meiley Scholarship was established by Judy G. Stevenson – who was in her lifetime a prominent business leader, entrepreneur, and life trustee of North Central College – to honor her late father, Harold Emery Meiley.

Eligibility Criteria: This scholarship is designed to award one incoming first-year student …
  • Who must have financial need;
  • Who must be a new, incoming First-Year student (Freshman) as of Fall 2021 Semester;
  • Who must have a minimum ACT composite score of 23 (1050-1080 SAT); and
  • Who must be a resident of Naperville or DuPage County
  • An essay is required.
  • While preference will be given to students with a career objective in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Pre-Med or Pre-Law, students majoring in other areas are encouraged to apply.

If selected, the Meiley Scholarship may be renewed up to an additional three years of undergraduate studies as long as a cumulative 3.0 GPA (based on a 4.0 system) is maintained.
