Frank LeBeau Education Scholarship

Bryan J. Taylor, North Central College Class of 2013, created the Frank LeBeau Education Scholarship in order to help those who have an earnest passion for education.

This scholarship was established to honor Bryan Taylor’s uncle, Frank LeBeau, who Influenced him profoundly and who pushed Bryan to not only do his best, but also to find something that he loves to do. The purpose of this scholarship is to inspire and to financially assist an education student to fulfill his/her dreams of becoming a teacher.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicant must be full-time
  • Applicant must have sophomore, junior, or senior academic standing as of Fall 2021 Semester
  • Applicant must have a cumulative 3.2 GPA or higher
  • First preference will go to secondary education majors
  • Second preference will go to a current participant in the Junior/Senior Scholars Program at North Central
  • An essay and resumé are required

  4. If you are selected as a recipient of this scholarship, will you be FULL-TIME (12-18 credit hours per semester) for the 2021-22 academic year?
  5. Are you a secondary education major? (For this scholarship, preference is given to secondary education majors; however, if you are not a secondary education major you are still eligible to apply.)
