The Margaret E. Youel Memorial Scholarship – Study Abroad for SPRING Semester

Margaret “Maggie” Youel, originally from Crystal Lake, IL arrived at North Central College with aspirations of studying abroad and becoming a Spanish teacher. Maggie proudly selected to attend North Central College following in the footsteps of her older brothers, Ben ’09 and Gabe ’11. During her sophomore year, Maggie suffered a sudden and serious stroke which required a lengthy hospital stay and extensive therapy.
