Joint Civic Committee of Italian Americans (JCCIA) Frank Annunzio Scholarship
Founded in 1952, the* Joint Civic Committee of Italian Americans (JCCIA)* serves as a congress for the Chicagoland Italian American organizations and represents the community on a local, state, national and international level. The JCCIA is dedicated to its heritage and promoting the Italian American community. One of its main goals is to assist young Italian Americans through education. The JCCIA gives away numerous scholarships to promote the advancement of students.
The Joint Civic Committee of Italian Americans (JCCIA) is proud to offer the Frank Annunzio Scholarship that is awarded to students who are of 50% or more of Italian extraction demonstrating leadership, community service, high academic achievement, and a resident of Illinois. The scholarship is merit-based for students, taking into consideration the combination of academic achievement along with leadership and community service experiences.
The application is available on the JCCIA website and should be submitted electronically to jcc@jccia.com.
Students may reapply annually for consideration in the annual selection process.
