Barron's in Education Student Ambassador Scholarship

The purpose of the Barron’s in Education Student Ambassador Scholarship is to provide financial assistance to an undergraduate student who is majoring in Business and willing to serve as Barron’s in Education Student Ambassador. Requirements for the award include applicants completing a short essay that identifies the reason(s) they have decided to pursue their relevant field of study.

Scholarship eligibility:

• Full time student
• Current North Central College student with sophomore, junior or senior status
• Majoring in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3.0 cum GPA
• Good academic standing
• Must be able to perform duties of Student Ambassador as described below

Barron’s in Education Student Ambassador duties include but are not limited to:

• Interacting with faculty and senior management of Dow Jones and Barron’s
• Socializing the program on campus via social media and other channels that resonate at North Central College
• Diligently, reliably, and punctually participating in Barron’s in Education program

The Barron’s in Education Student Ambassador Scholarship is not automatically renewable, but recipients may apply again each year for consideration.
