John Henry Albrecht Family Scholarship Fund

The John Henry Albrecht Family Scholarship Fund was established to financially assist students attending North Central College who meet the criteria of the scholarship.

  • First consideration will be given to descendants of the Henry C. Albrecht family
  • Second consideration will be given to students from the Red Oak United Methodist Church, located in Walnut, Illinois
  • If no one qualifies under the first two considerations, then North Central students who meet the criteria below shall be considered

Eligible applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Incoming first-year, transfer, or continuing undergraduate student
  • Full-time student
  • Good academic standing with the College
  • Cumulative GPA of at least 2.0

Membership in the United Methodist Church is not a requirement for this scholarship.

The Albrecht family requests that recipients of this scholarship abstain from the use of tobacco in any form and alcoholic beverages during the time frame they are receiving this scholarship.

The scholarship is not automatically renewable, but recipients may apply again each year they continue to pursue an undergraduate degree.
