Smiley Memorial Scholarship
The Smiley Memorial Scholarship was established to provide financial assistance to a Protestant student who meets the following criteria:
- Highly Christian person
- Attends church regularly
- Shows great promise of being of service to mankind in his/her future endeavors
Eligible applicants must also meet the criteria listed below:
- Incoming first-year, transfer, or continuing undergraduate student
- Full-time student
- Good academic standing with the College
- Cumulative GPA of at least 2.0
- Must rank in the upper half of their class
Membership in the United Methodist Church is not a requirement for this scholarship.
The scholarship is not automatically renewable, but recipients may apply again each year they continue to pursue an undergraduate degree.
