Michael Moody Fitness Scholarship
The Michael Moody Fitness Scholarship is a $1,500 college scholarship awarded to a high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate student who has demonstrated strong achievement, leadership, and interest in pursuing a career in health and fitness-related fields.
Students studying the following majors are encouraged to apply:
- Athletic Training
- Health Policy
- Psychology
- Biology
- Kinesiology
- Nursing
- Medicine or Pre-Medical Studies
- Dentistry or Pre-Dental Studies
- Behavioral Sciences
- Personal Training
- Physical Education Teaching and Coaching
- Health and Physical Fitness
- Exercise Science
- Sports and Recreation Management
- Health Sciences
- Physical Therapy tracks
- Students pursuing related health and wellness programs may also qualify.
The Michael Moody Fitness Scholarship supports students pursuing careers that promote health, fitness, and wellness. These careers include personal trainers, physical therapists, athletic trainers, health educators, sports performance coaches, and public health professionals.
This scholarship is open to eligible students across the United States.
